The Achiever or Sales Achiever Assessment you are about to take has been developed to identify talents within you. This assessment will in no way constitute the total basis for hiring. The assessment will merely serve as one of the tools in helping us evaluate your strengths in relation to this position.
Please note this assessment will take approximately 70 Minutes to completion.
It is recommended that you complete the assessment when rested and when you can do so without interruptions. Make every effort to ensure you are not distracted by phones or programs running with active sound alerts or otherwise involved during this process.
It is important to be candid and direct when answering the questions. Questions regarding your thoughts or feelings on a particular topic should be answered in the way that most closely represents the truth about you. Please avoid answering as you believe others would like you to answer. There are no right or wrong answers to these questions, but honesty produces the best results without distortion.
In sections with timed limits, please keep in mind that we are looking for both speed and accuracy.
